摘　　要：文章引入价值工程的基本原理,从工程项目全生命周期费用的最小化出发,选择价值工程作为住宅经济性评价的基本原理。通过对住宅项目的功能分析和成本分析,来确定住宅全生命周期的价值评价模型。为消费者衡量住宅的效用和对生产者度量其开发成本提供参考依据。This paper introduces the basic principles of value engineering.For minimizing the life cycle cost of project,I choose value engineering for basic principles of residential economic evaluation.Based on functional analysis and cost analysis,it determines the value assessment model of residential life cycle.Our model measures the effectiveness of residential for consumers and measures their development costs for producers to provide reference.
