摘　　要：云南丽江玉龙黎明铜多金属矿床处于三江构造带之石鼓褶皱系,地层简单,构造发育地带。主要是热液型脉状铜矿和第三系断陷盆地浅色砂岩中的沉积-改造型铜银矿(化)。Yulong Liming copper polymetallic ore of Lijiang in Yunnan is located in the Shigu fold system of Sanjiang structural belt,which is a zone with simple formation and structure development.Hydrothermal vein copper deposit and third faulted basin sandstone deposited in the transformation of light-type copper silver（change） are the main components of there.
