摘  要:目的:观察双极射频模式下不同蛋清容积形成热凝物的形态.方法:选用三个大小不同的圆柱形容器A、B和C,其体积分别为83 183.3 mm3、49 334.1 mm3、32 046.8 mm3.使用工作端长度为10 mm,20 G baylis电极针,在双极射频模式下,以不同的间距分别平行固定在盛满蛋清的A容器、B容器和C容器中,均给予90℃、900 s射频热凝.对形成的热凝物表面形态摄像并进行相关指标的测量分析.结果:在条件相同的双极射频模式下,A容器、B容器和C容器分别在电极间距为12 mm、20 mm和24 mm形成最大带状热凝物.其最大热凝面积分别为181.1 mm2、272.4 mm2和432.8 mm2.结论:相同实验条件下,减小容器容积,可增大形成带状热凝物的两电极最大间距和热凝物面积,但电极针外侧热凝物长度基本没有明显变化.Objective: To analyze the relationship between the volumes of container filled with egg white and lesion in the bipolar radiofrequency mode. Methods:Three containers filled with egg white were used. Container A with the volume of 83 183.3 mm3 , container B with the volume of 49 334.1 mm3 and container C with the volume of 32 046.8mm3. Pairs of 20 G baylis radionics cannuulae with 10 mm active tips were used, secured in a 4 mm equivalent deviate parallel position apart and submerged in egg white. 90~C , 900 seconds radiofrequency thermocoagulation was performed. The progress of thermoset formation was photographed and an- alyzed. Results:Under the same experimental condition, continuous strip thermoset in container A, B and C was formed when the electrode distance was 12 mm, 20mm and 24 mm correspondingly, and the maximum ther- moset areas of the three groups were 181.1 mm2 , 272.4 mm2 and 432.8 mm2 respectively. Conclusions:With the same radionics cannulae, bipolar radiofrequency creates smaller continuous strip lesions in the big container which is filled with egg white than that in the large one.
