摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制水平与并发心血管疾病风险的关系。方法:根据糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)的含量将T2DM患者分成血糖控制良好组(HbA1C≤6.5%,n=62)和血糖控制不佳组(HbA1C>6.5%,n=41),分别对其脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)以及常规血脂项目进行检测。结果:血糖控制不佳组,其血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、LP(a)、hs-CRP、Hcy均高于血糖控制良好组(P<0.01或P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显低于血糖控制良好组(P<0.01)。结论:T2DM患者HbA1C水平越高,血糖控制越差,并发心血管疾病的风险就越高,因此,控制好血糖对预防或延缓T2DM患者并发心血管疾病具有重要意义。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the quality control of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM) and its risk of concurrent cardiovascular diseases.Methods: According to the level of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),T2DM patients were divided into good blood glucose control group (HbA1C≤6.5%) and the worse blood glucose control group(HbA1C 6.5%).HbA1C,lipoprotein(a) [LP (a) ],homocysteine(Hcy),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and conventional serum lipids in blood were detected respectively.Results: The worse blood glucose control group,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),LP(a),hs-CRP,Hcy were significantly higher(P 0.01 or P 0.05) than that of the good blood glucose control group,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was significantly lower (P 0.01).Conclusion: The level of HbA1C in patients with T2DM is higher,the worse the blood glucose control is,the higher the risk of concurrent cardiovascular disease will be.Therefore,the good control of blood glucose to prevent or delay the concurrent cardiovascular diseases in patients with T2DM is of great significance.
