摘　　要：目的:观察黄金膏外敷治疗麻醉药物所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:选择1998～2010年在医院行全麻腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后发生静脉炎的229病例,随机分为治疗组(黄金膏外敷)和对照组(50%硫酸镁湿敷)两组,分别观察两组患者静脉炎治疗情况,并记录。结果:黄金膏对麻醉药品所致静脉炎的总体疗效优于硫酸镁外敷,尤其对Ⅱ、Ⅲ度静脉炎患者效果显著。结论:黄金膏外敷治疗麻醉药物致静脉炎起效快,药性温和,方法简单,使用方便,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the effects of self-made Huangjingao（HJG） compress on phlebitis induced by anesthetic drug.Methods： A total of 229 patients who derived phlebitis from 1998 to 2010 in cholecystectomy by general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group（HJG） and control group（50% magnesium sulfate,MS）.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results： The curative effect of HJG was better than that of MS.Conclusion： The self-made HJG compress on phlebitis induced by anesthetic drug is simple,low cost,security and being worth spread in clinic.
