摘　　要：目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定医用纤维蛋白胶制品中磷酸三丁酯残留量。方法以磷酸三丙酯作内标,采用DB-WAX色谱柱(30m×0.53mm,1.0μm);气化室温度190℃;检测器温度210℃;柱温16℃;载气为氮气。结果磷酸三丁酯在质量浓度1.61～12.84 mg·L^(-1)内线性关系良好,r为0.999 4;质控样品在低、中、高3个浓度下加样回收率分别为98.26%、99.26%、95.98%,RSD分别为1.21%、1.19%、0.43%(n=3)。结论该方法快速、准确,适用于医用纤维蛋白胶制品中磷酸三丁酯残留量的测定。AIM To establish a capillary gas chromatography（GC） for the determination of residue tri（n-butyl） phosphate（TNBP） in medical fibrin glue products.METHODS Using tripropyl phosphate（TPP） as internal standard,a simple capillary GC method was developed with a DB - WAX capillary column（30 m×0.53 mm,1.0μm）;the injection port temperature was 190℃;the detector temperature was 210℃;column temperature was 160℃;the carries gas was high purity nitrogen.RESULTS The linear range of TNBP was 1.61-12.84 mg·L^（-1）（r=0.999 4）.At low,medium and high concentrations,the recovery of TNBP was 98.26%,99.26%and 95.98%respectively,and the RSD was 1.21%,1.19%and 0.43%（n=3）respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,precise and accurate,and can be used to determine residue of TNBP in medical fibrin glue products.
