摘　　要：对槽板零件及其工艺性进行了分析,详细计算了该零件的毛坯长度、弯曲回弹量、弯曲力等工艺参数,根据弯曲工艺的分析及其参数的计算结果,叙述了该零件弯曲模具的设计结构,说明了模具的工作过程,最后阐述了该弯曲模具的设计经过。The trough plate part and process were analyzed. A detailed calculation of its blank length, bending spring back quantity, bending process parameters was introduced. According to the bending technology analysis and parameters calcula tion, the design of bending die structure of the part was described, the working process of the die was explained. Finally, the design of punch and concave die was introduced.
