实习护生职业价值观及其影响因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨实习护生职业价值观的相关影响因素。方法采用护士职业价值观量表和自行设计的实习护生职业价值观影响因素问卷,对224名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生职业价值观各条目均分为3.05~3.96;实习护生职业价值观26个条目得分排序前3项的为通过各种学习途径以更新自己的理论或技能、维护患者的隐私权和拒绝参与违背伦理要求的护理工作;不同学历、入学志愿选择方式、生源、实习时间、父亲的文化程度的护生其职业价值观部分维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;父母教育方式的影响、职业价值观教育开展、职业价值观教育形式、护理教师职业价值观、护理同学职业价值观、实习中学到的知识、护士社会地位等因素是影响实习护生职业价值观的重要因素（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论实习护生的职业价值观总体中立偏积极,其职业价值观受较多因素的影响,有关部门应从多方面入手,促其形成积极的职业价值观。Objective To comprehend professional values of nursing interns and to find out factors that influence their values.Methods A total of 224 nursing interns were requested to fill out Nursing Professional Values Scale（NPVS） and a self-designed questionnaire which was related to factors that influenced students′ opinions.Results The average points of dimensions of NPVS ranged from 3.05 to 3.96.Of the 26 items,the scores of 3 items ranked the highest： updating knowledge or skills through a variety of approaches,protecting patients′privacy,and rejecting being involved into nursing work which goes against ethical requirement.Students with different educational levels,college entrance options,sources of students,internship length and parents′educational level had significantly different scores in some dimensions of NPVS（P0.05 for all）.Parenting styles,launch of professional values education,methods of professional values education,professional values of nursing teachers,professional values of peers,knowledge learned from the internship,social status of nurses,ect.conspired to affect nursing students′professional values（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion A majority of nursing students hold a positive or neutral attitude towards their career.Their professional values are influenced by a lot of factors.Much remains to be done in an attempt to help students bring about a positive attitude towards nursing career.
