摘　　要：目的改进准分子激光角膜屈光手术术前检查中的护理流程,为患者提供更为优质的服务。方法将行准分子激光角膜屈光手术术前检查的1000例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各500例。对照组采用常规方法;观察组采用优化护理流程方法,包括分析问题、优化护理流程步骤、整合就诊步骤等。结果两组护理质量评分、患者就诊时间、等待时间、患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论优化护理流程可提高工作效率、提升患者满意度和护理质量。Objective To optimize preoperative examination process for excimer laser corneal refractive surgery,and to provide patients with good quality services.Methods Totally,1 000 cases who were undergoing preoperative examination for excimer laser corneal refractive surgery were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 500 cases in each group.The control group were subjected to conventional methods,while the observation group employed the optimized nursing process.Namely,nurses analyzed problems lying in the preoperative examination process,optimized nursing steps,integrated medical procedures,etc.Results Nursing quality scores,medical seeking period of patients,patient waiting time,patient satisfaction in the 2 groups had significant differences（P0.01 for all）.Conclusion Optimization of preoperative examination process,improves work efficiency of nurses,and raises patient satisfaction and nursing quality.
