早期中西医结合护理防治骨科卧床患者便秘

摘　　要：目的探讨早期应用中西医结合护理干预的方法预防和解除骨科卧床患者便秘的效果。方法将85例骨科在院卧床患者随机分为对照组(43例)和干预组(42例),对照组采用常规药物通便,干预组采用早期提供助便器改变排便体位、直肠刺激、穴位按摩、饮食指导、功能锻炼等系统中西医结合护理干预。结果干预组总有效率达97.62%,其中早期饮食、排便行为训练有效率为69.05%,经直肠刺激后有效率为28.57%;两组排便效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对骨科卧床患者早期、系统中西医结合护理干预,可预防患者便秘并帮助患者建立规律的排便,促进排便功能恢复,减少因便秘引起的并发症,提高患者的生活质量,促进康复。Objective To investigate the effects of nursing practice based on Chinese-tradiational-and-western-medicine on prevention and relief of constipation for orthopedic bedridden inpatients.Method Tottaly,85 orthopedic bedridden inpatients were randomly divided into a control group of 43 case and an interventional group of 42 cases.The control group were given conventional laxatives while the interventional group were treated with systematic nursing interventions which integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The methods included nurses′assisting in changing patients′ body position during defecation,rectal stimulation,acupoint massage,dietary guidance,functional training,etc.Result After implementation of the nursing practices,for the interventional group,the total effective rate was 97.62%;effective rate of dietary guidance and defecation behavior training amounted to 69.05%;28.57% had effective defecation after rectal stimulation.There was significant differences in the defecation effect between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Nursing practice based on Chinese-tradiational-and-western-medicine helps orthopedic bedridden inpatients build up regular patterns of defecation,boosts recovery of bowel moving function,reduces constipation-associated complications,and improves quality of life of inpatients.
