自制婴儿交换牌及其管理流程在母婴病房安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的加强母婴同室的婴儿安全管理,寻求预防产科婴儿被盗事件发生的有效解决方法。方法自行设计婴儿交换牌,并在180例中应用;同时实施培训责任护士、入院宣教、醒目标示、情景模拟检查等管理流程。结果实施前后产妇及家属对该制度的认知度及配合度,护士安全意识及行为,产妇安全意识以及产妇及家属和医生对婴儿安全管理工作满意度等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在母婴同室病房使用婴儿交换牌及其管理流程,能有效防范婴儿被盗事件发生,提高孕产妇满意度。Objective To strengthen infant safety management in maternal ward,and to explore effective methods to prevent infant kidnapping.Methods We designed swap identity cards for infants,and applied the cards to 180 infants.We also carried out management procedures,including training nurses-in-charge,giving education to infants′ family members,utilizing striking marks and simulation examination.Result Puerperum women′s and family members′cognition of the safety management measure and their cooperation,nurses′safety-keeping conciousness and behavior,puerperum women′s safety-keeping conciousness,satisfaction of puerperum women,family members,and doctors with safety management before and after the impletment of the safety management had significant differences（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Application of swap identity card for infants and its management procedure in direct rooming-in maternal ward can prevent infant kidnapping and improve puerperum women′s satisfaction.
