固本强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察固本强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者182例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组92例,在常规应用治疗CHF西药基础上加用固本强心胶囊;对照组90例,仅应用常规西药治疗。疗程3个月。观察并比较2组综合疗效及治疗前后临床症状和体征、血脂、血液流变学、脑钠肽(BNP),心脏彩超检测左室内径(LVDd)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室质量指数(LVMI)等变化,并观察不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.21%(83/91),对照组总有效率为82.02%(73/89),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在改善临床症状及心脏射血分数、降低BNP和血脂、改善血液流变学参数等方面治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察期间未见明显不良反应。结论固本强心胶囊治疗CHF安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Guben Qiangxin capsule in treating chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods One hundred and eighty-two cases of CHF were divided into two groups randomly： treatment group （92 cases） was treated with Guben Qiangxin capsule in addition to western medicine, and control group （90 cases） was treated with westem medicine only. The treatment course was three months. A comparison was made on the comprehensive therapeutic effects, changes of the clinical symptoms and signs, blood lipid, hemorheology, BNP, and left indoor diameter （LVDd）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness （LVPWT）, interventricular septal thickness （IVST）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular mass index （LVMI）, etc detected with Doppler ultrasound before and after the treatment. Side effects were observed. Results The total effectiveness rate of the treatment group was 91.21% （83/91）, and the control group was 82.02% （73/89）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was better than the control group in improving cardiac ejection fraction, lowering BNP and blood lipid, and improving hemorheology indexes. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and there was no obvious side effect. Conclusion Guben Qiangxin capsule is effective in treating CHF.
