健胃消食浸膏粉对急性酒精中毒大鼠解酒作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究健胃消食浸膏粉对大鼠急性酒精中毒的解酒作用及其可能机制。方法 SD雌性大鼠,每个实验项目设酒精对照组和健胃消食浸膏粉高、中、低干预组,每组6～8只,共130只。采用体积分数50%的酒精以5 g/kg体质量剂量灌胃造模(翻正反射消失实验为8 g/kg体质量),10 min后分别以蒸馏水和高、中、低剂量健胃消食浸膏粉干预,进行翻正反射消失实验、转棒实验、攀附实验、血中乙醇的检测和肝乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)的检测,记录各组翻正反射消失的比例和时间、转棒停留时间、攀附时间、血液乙醇浓度的变化情况和肝脏ADH活性。结果健胃消食浸膏粉干预可以延长大鼠转棒停留时间和攀附时间(P<0.05),延长翻正消失的时间和提高肝脏ADH活性(P<0.05),并具有降低血液乙醇水平的趋势。结论健胃消食浸膏粉对急性酒精中毒大鼠具有一定的解酒作用。Objective To study the effect of Jianweixiaoshi extract powder on acute alcoholism in rats. Methods One hundred and thirty female SD rats for five experiments were randomly divided into 4 groups including alcohol control group and high-, middle-, low-dose of Jianweixiaoshi extract powder treatment groups for each time. All rats were administered intragastrically with 50% alcohol 5 g/kg BW （8 g/kg BW for loss of righting reflex assay）, and then were intervened by Jianweixiaoshi extract powder or distilled water respectively after 10 minutes. The following projects contained loss of righting reflex assay, rotarod test, climbing test, alcohol level in blood and ADH level in liver. The protective effect was evaluated by the results of the above five projects. Results Jianweixiaoshi extract powder lengthened the time of rotarod test and climbing test, and the beginning time of righting reflex disappeared. Also the intervention increased the level of ADH in liver significantly and had a reducing trend of alcohol in blood. Conclusion Jianweixiaoshi extract powder has significant protective effect against acute alcoholism in rats.
