摘 要:目的探讨D101树脂对大叶茜草素的分离方法。方法通过采用HPLC测定大叶茜草素含量,考察D101树脂对茜草提取液中大叶茜草素的吸附及解吸条件。结果可采用茜草的70%乙醇提取液直接上样进行吸附,并用95%乙醇洗脱,干燥后固形物中大叶茜草素的纯度达73.5%。结论 D101树脂适合用于分离大叶茜草素。分离工艺简便,可用于工业化生产。Objective To research the separation procedure of mollugin with D101 macroporous resin. Methods HPLC was used to analyze the content of mollugin, in order to study the conditions of adsorption and desorption of D101 macroporous resin. Results The 70% ethanol extract from dried rhizome of Rubia cordifolia L. was directly adsorbed by D101 macroporous resin and 95% ethanol as the eluant. The purity of mollugin was up to 73.5% after purification. Conclusion D101 macroporous resin is a good material for the separation of mollugin. The process is convenient and can be used for industrial production.
