新安县矿山地质环境问题及防治对策

摘　　要：新安县矿业开发在满足经济发展的同时也产生了许多矿山地质环境问题,主要有矿山开发引发的地质灾害、地形地貌景观破坏、土地资源占用和破坏、固体废物堆积、矿区水均衡破坏等问题。对矿山地质环境进行了现状分区,划分出了矿山地质环境重点保护区、矿山地质环境重点预防区、矿山地质环境重点治理区、矿山地质环境一般治理区,并提出了矿山地质环境保护与恢复治理保障措施。There were many kinds of mine geo-environment problems generated by mineral exploitation as well as it meeting the needs of economic development in Xin′an county,including mine geological disaster,terrain and landscape destruction,soil and vegetation occupied and broken,solid waste of accumulation,water-balance broken and so on.The actual subareas of mine geo-environment were demarcated,including emphases protection area,emphases prevention area,emphases control and recovery area,general control and recovery area.Some countermeasures for protection and restoration of mining geo-environment were also put forward.
