摘　　要：采用微波消解法处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对鲫鱼籽中镁、钾、钙、铁、锌、锰、锗、硒、砷、铅10种矿物元素进行检测与分析。结果表明：10种元素的检出限为0.03363-26.59μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.54%-7.57%,回收率为91.2%-109.9%。微波消解样品速度快,试剂用量少,操作简单安全,大大减少元素的损失和实验环境对样品的污染,降低了空白值,提高了方法的灵敏度和准确度。Ten mineral elements in carassius auratus seed, including Mg, K, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, Ge, Se, As and Pb,were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS）with microwave digestion sample treatment method. The results showed that the limit of detection, the relative standard deviation and the recovery is in the range of 0. 03363-26.59μg/L, 1.54%-7.57%, and 91.2%-109.9%, respec tively. Microwave digestion method has fast speed for sample treatment and needs smaller amount of reagents. It is simple and safe to conduct a microwave digestion experiment. In addition, it greatly reduces loss of elements and pollution due to experimental environment, decreases blank values and increases the sensitivity and accuracy of the method.
