摘 要:对河南省当前生产上推广的12个不同穗型的高产小麦品种(系)在密植条件下的粒叶比及其与产量性状的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,不同穗型的高产小麦品种,其粒叶比存在显著或极显著的差异。穗粒质量/旗叶面积、穗粒数/旗叶面积与产量均呈正相关,且对产量的正向作用明显高于穗粒质量/上二叶面积和穗粒数/上二叶面积。用穗粒数/旗叶面积和穗粒质量/旗叶面积作为高产选择指标效果更好,其适宜范围分别为1.521~1.879粒/cm2、0.076~0.089 g/cm2。粒叶比性状的广义遗传力属于中等偏低水平,其变异系数存在一定的变异幅度。The grain-leaf area ratio and its correlation with the yield trait of 12 high-yield wheat cultivars with different spike types broadly planted in Henan province were measured under close planting conditions in this study.The results showed that there was significant difference in the grain-leaf ratio among multi-spike wheat cultivars,mid-spike wheat cultivars and big-spike wheat cultivars.The ratio of spike grain weight to flag leaf area(SGW/FLA) and grain number per spike to flag leaf area(GNPS/FLA) were positively correlated to the grain yield,and the positive effects were significantly higher than the ratio of spike grain weight to the top two leaf areas and grain number per spike to the top two leaf areas.These indicated that GNPS/FLA and SGW/FLA could be more effective selection factors in the wheat breeding,and the suitable ranges were 1.521-1.879 grains/cm2 and 0.076-0.089g/cm2,respectively.The heritability of grain-leaf arearatio was at middle-low level and there was some variance in its genetic coefficient.
