摘 要:针对电动汽车前照灯的运用环境与发光二极管负载的特点,设计了白光高亮LED灯的驱动电源。通过对连续模式下单端初级电感变换器拓扑的分析,选择CCM模式下的单端初级电感变换器拓扑作为驱动电源的功率级电路。对传统峰值电流模式中采样环节进行改进,使其更适合恒流控制,降低采样损耗,并实现小范围模拟调光。讨论了功率级电路的设计思路,给出了补偿环节的参数。该驱动电源成本低、体积小、效率高、适用的温度范围广,能很好地适应电动汽车的运行环境。最后,通过试验,验证了理论分析的正确性。Driving power of high brightness light emitting diode(HB LED) was designed according to the operation environment of electric vehicle's headlamps and features of LED load.By analyzing the topology of single-ended primary inductance converter(SEPIC) under continuous current mode(CCM) mode,the SEPIC topology was chosen under CCM mode as driving power's power level circuit.Sampling of traditional current program mode(CPM) was improved in order to fit constant-current control better,reduce the loss of sampling,as well as realize analog dimming in small range.Meanwhile,the design thought of power level circuit was discussed and parameters of compensation unit were provided.This driving power has the advantages of lower cost,smaller volume,higher efficiency,wider temperature range,as well as better adaptability for electric vehicle's operation environment.The correctness of theoretical analysis was validated by experiments.
