摘　　要：房产业在国民经济中的支柱地位 在改革开放后最初的十几年里，中国经济的主要驱动力是轻纺业。从上世纪90年代中期开始，出口拉动的外需和以房产业为主的内需取代了轻纺业，成为中国经济发展的两大主要驱动力。With over ten years of prosperity,real estate industry has grown into one of the most important pillar industries of China's domestic economy.International experience shows that China's housing industry is still in its infancy.In the coming twenty years housing industry will play an even more important role in domestic well-being,since it is not only the biggest livelihood projects and resource of economic growth,but also the main battlefield of upgrading China's economic pattern.Therefore,housing industry must be recognized as the core pillar industry,and other emerging pillar industries around real estate,e.g energy saving,new energy,electronic information,transportation,high-end manufacturing,biology and new material industry,must be built to coordinate our economy.The total housing demand of China is estimated to be 35 billion square meters.In order to reach the overall To achieve the strategic goal of a comprehensive well-off and find a comprehensive solution to improve the 1.3 billion people's living,we have to play 'in concentrating power,' which utilizes the power of the whole country to build the 35 billion square meters of housing in 10 to 15 years.Specific initiatives are as follows:(1) fully liberalizing investment restrictions to attract all kinds of investors.(2) building a comprehensive system of financial support to ensure funding.(3) ensuring the supply of 0.5 million acres of residential land
