摘  要:为缓解焦炉煤气供应紧张的局面,使高炉煤气得到有效利用和进一步降低生产成本,鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂成功地在360 m2烧结机上实行了全高炉煤气点火。全高炉煤气点火虽受主抽风机影响,烧结机利用系数较低,但烧结矿质量与其他煤气点火方式烧结矿质量无太大差别,经过近2年的运行,取得了较好经济效益,全年降成本近600万元。The ignition with all BF gas on 360 m2 sinter machine is successfully realized in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.in order to alleviate the short supply of coke oven gas and effectively utilize BF gas as well as further decrease the production cost.The quality of sinter applying by ignition with all BF gas is almost same as that applying by the other way,although the gas ignition is effected by main exhaust fan and the utilization coefficient of sinter machine is low.After operating for two years economic results are achieved and annual production cost is decreased by 6 million yuan RMB about.
