摘  要:介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司在高炉生产中对精料技术的探索,分析了精料技术对高炉生产指标的影响。生产实践表明,采用混匀造堆技术、强化烧结技术、焦炭质量控制技术以及选择高炉合理炉料结构,高炉经济技术指标得到改善,高炉平均利用系数稳定在2.2~2.3 t/(m3.d)之间。This paper introduces the developments for the beneficiated material technology during the operation of the blast furnace in Bayuquan Iron Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the effect of the beneficiated material technology on the operation indexes of the blast furnace.The operation practice shows that the economic and technical indexes are improved and the average utilization coefficient is in the rang of 2.2 ~ 2.3 t/(m3·d) by taking such measures as applying the blending and stacking technology,strengthening sintering technology,the controlling technology for the coke quantity and selecting reasonable burden matching for blast furnance.
