摘　　要：通过对杭州市惠民医院的实地调研,分析惠民医疗救助的成效与运行状况。结果显示:杭州市惠民医院整体运行良好,有效地减轻了杭州市困难人群的就医经济负担;为保证惠民医院持续健康发展,应建立全社会、多渠道、多形式的资金保障体系和合理的财政补助机制,以进一步加大优惠力度,使困难人群真正受益。We analyzed the effectiveness and operation situation of charity hospital in Hangzhou by survey method.The results showed that charity hospitals were in good financial condition and had reduced the medical cost burden of the poor.Multi-channel financial security system and reasonable fiscal subsidy mechanism should be built in order to make medical cost cheaper and benefit the poor.
