摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌根治术患者的护理方法。方法:对79例胃癌根治术患者术前进行心理护理、营养支持、有效咳嗽和深呼吸的训练,做了充分的胃肠道准备,术后密切观察患者的病情变化,保持呼吸道畅通,进行有效的胃肠减压及合理饮食。结果:本组手术疗效满意,无手术后死亡。治愈出院70例,9例病情控制,平均住院16.9 d。结论:耐心细致地护理可提高胃癌根治术的成功率,同时也为患者的康复奠定了良好的基础。t Objective： To explore the nursing methods for gastric cancer patients with radical surgery. Methods： 79 gastric cancer patients with radical surgery were given preoperative psychological care, nutritional support, effective coughing and deep breathing training; the preparation of the gastrointestinal tract was fully done; the close postoperative observation on the patients condition, clearance of the air passage, gastrointestinal decompression and a reasonable diet were effectively carried out and pro- vided. Results： The surgical results were satisfactory and no post -operative deaths. 70 patients were cured and 9 patients got the control of disease, the average days of hospitalization were 16.9 days. Conclusion： The meticulous nursing care can increase the success rate of radical surgery and also lay a good foundation for the rehabilitation of the patients.
