摘　　要：目的招收飞行学员2年间外科、皮肤科疾病淘汰情况分析。方法由同一组外科、皮肤科医师按同一标准进行全身检查。结果 2010年体检应征学生1 355名,淘汰49名(3.62%),检出疾病21种(1.55%);2009年体检应征学生1 385名,淘汰39名(2.81%),检出疾病18种(1.33%)。2010年淘汰人数百分比与2009年相比显著增加(P<0.01);总病种百分比与2009年相比显著增加(P<0.01)。结论各军区体检掌握标准不一,需要加强沟通,定期培训。Objective To analyze the flying trainees obsoleted due to surgical diseases and dermatosis in the past two years. Methods General physical examination of flying trainees was performed by the same group consisting of surgeons and dermatologists following the same standards. Results Of the 1 355 flying trainees enrolled in 2010, 49（3.62%） were obsoleted due to 21 diseases （1.55%）. Of the 1 385 flying trainees enrolled in 2009, 39（2.81%） were obsoleted due to 18 diseases（1.33%）. Conclusion The number of flying trainees obsoleted in 2010 was significantly greater than that obsoleted in 2009（P〈0.01）, while the number of diseases detected in flying trainees was significantly greater in 2009 than that detected in 2010（P〈0.01）, indicating that no consensus has been reached in experts of Air Force in different Military Area Commands and it is necessary to strengthen communications between them and their regular training.
