摘 要:Cu2+在猪场废水中含量较高,其毒性作用往往会严重影响猪场废水的处理效果。为了加强重金属离子对猪场废水好氧生物处理作用机理的研究,通过试验探讨Cu2+对猪场废水SBR处理系统的影响。在确定去除COD最优工艺的基础上,通过曲线拟合确定Cu2+对SBR的临界胁迫浓度分别为2.994mg/L(按COD排放标准)和4.956mg/L(按Cu2+排放标准),且镜检发现胁迫浓度下SBR微生有较为明显的变化。Heavy concentration of Cu2+ could do harm to the wastewater treatment.In order to reinforce the research of effect mechanism of heavy metal ion on aerobic bio-treatment of wastewater,a experiment researching on the effects of Cu2+ on the removal ratio of COD in swine wastewater treatment using SBR system was carried out.On the basis of the optimal craftwork of COD removal mode,it is demonstrated that the critical concentration of Cu2+ on SBR are 4.956mg/L(according to the discharge criterion of Cu2+) and 2.994mg/L(according to the discharge criterion of COD) respectively by means of curve simulation,and significant changes of microbial morphology in SBR is observed by microscopy examination under the critical concentration of Cu2+.
