摘  要:首先,对国内外花生种植与产量进行了概述;然后,对花生机械化收获中的典型分段收获机械与联合收获机械的应用现状进行了深入分析。4H-2型花生收获机采用摆动挖掘原理,将挖掘与分离两大机构融为一体,使花生的挖掘和除土通过一个部件依次完成,简化了机体结构。4HQL-2型花生联合收获机采用一种全新的挖掘组合装置,保证挖掘效果和稳定性;夹持输送部件采用了三带夹持原理,利用柔性夹持方式大大降低了花生的机械掉果率;摘果装置采用全喂入式,利用甩捋式工作原理,提高了鲜湿花生的摘净率。4HLB-2花生联合收获机通过对各个部件的改进,有效地降低了功耗,提高了工作质量。最后,分析了我国花生收获机械化发展面临的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相关建议和对策。This paper firstly summarize peanut planting and yield at home and abroad,then make the thorough analysis of the application situation of typical piecewise harvest machinery and combine harvest machine separately.The 4H-2 harvest combine machine adopts swinging mining principles which make the two large organizations mining and the separation as an organic whole.The machine realizes the peanuts excavating and excepting soil completed through one component and simplify the structure.The 4HQL-2 harvest combine machine has been utilized the working principle of combining digging and lifting.To keep the effect and stability of digging,we designed a new kind of combination device for digging and lifting.The clamping conveyor was designed based on the three-belt clamping principle for the first time,so it can lower the rate of peanut's falling to a large extent by flexible clamping manner.The peanut picking part used whole-feed approach and throw-snap working principle can improve the purity rate of picking off the wet peanut.The 4HBL-2 harvest machine reduce power and improve the quality of work effectively through improve every part of the machine.At last the paper proposes the problems which our country peanut harvest mechanization developing faces.For the development of peanuts mechanization,give the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
