电絮凝法处理活性染料废水的能耗分析

摘  要:以活性黑KN-B模拟染料废水为例,采用自行设计的周期换向电源,铝板和铁板为反应电极,对周期换向电凝聚法处理单位质量染料的能耗进行研究,分析了反应时间、电极电压、换向周期、电解质浓度、极板间距、初始染料浓度及搅拌速度对处理单位质量染料能耗的影响。结果表明:周期换向电凝聚法处理相同质量活性黑KN-B染料有效地降低了电能消耗,很大程度上克服了以往电化学法处理染料废水能耗大的缺点,在最优的实验条件下,脱色率最高可达99.62%,此时的电能消耗为24.71kW·h/kg dye。The energy consumption per unit mass of dyeing and printing sewage by the selif- designed periodically alternating power supply has been investigated. This paper analyzed the factors such as the reaction time, reaction vohage, plate space, the electrolyte concentration, as well as alternating period and the dye concentration on the effect of energy consumption and decolorization efficiency. Comparison of previous studies, the method with ahernating period can achieve the ideal decolorization efficiency and help to effectively reduce energy consumption. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the deeolorization efficiency is up to 99.62%, and the energy consumption is about 24.71 kW·h/Kg dye.
