摘  要:桥梁支座锚固是900t箱梁架设的最后一个关键环节,其施工质量的好坏直接关系到以后的铁路运营安全。从哈大客运专线桥梁支座锚固施工的实际情况出发,通过对各施工环节中所采用的施工工艺的研究和探索,总结出了一套切实可行的施工技术方案。同时,针对低温条件下的桥梁支座锚固施工,从锚固料的存放转运、工机具保温、垫石和锚栓孔预热处理、锚固料拌和、保温养护及拆模养护等各环节进行了详细阐述,通过低温条件下的支座锚固施工工艺,可以保证2 h内锚固灌浆料的强度达到架梁要求,这为严寒地区的桥梁支座锚固施工总结了一套切实可行的技术方案。Anchoring bearings for the 900t box girder bridge is the last key procedure of bridge construction,its quality is directly related to the future safety of railway operations.Based on the actual situations of anchoring bridge bearings for the passenger dedicated line from Harbin to Dalian,through the research and explorations of construction technologies,authors summed up a set of practical technical programs.Meanwhile,in view of anchoring bridge bearings under low temperatures,the paper describes in detail the storage and transfer of anchoring materials,engineering equipment heat insulation,pre-heating of pad stone and anchor holes,mixing and curing of anchoring materials,maintenance under thermal insulation and after stripping.For the anchoring of bridge bearings in cold regions a set of practical technical solutions are summarized.
