黄芪注射液中黄芪甲苷含量测定HPLC法的比较研究

摘　　要：采用等度洗脱的高效液相色谱法,对黄芪注射液中主要微量物质黄芪甲苷的含量进行测定,通过对不同样品的分析比较,建立了最佳提取条件和检测条件。该法操作简便迅速,精密度和准确度均较理想,稳定性强,回收率高,可为测定黄芪注射液中黄芪甲苷提供方法依据。With the method of equal concentration elution of HPLC,the main trace of astragaloside in astragalus injection is determined by analysis and comparison of different samples to establish the best extraction conditions and testing conditions.The method is simple and fast,it has an ideal precision and accuracy,it is reliable and highly recycled,and it will provide a way and basis for the determination of astragaloside in astragalus injection.
