摘　　要：目前由于投资购房与投机性购房的日益兴起,使得我国楼市价格飞速上涨,为了有效打压房价继续上升的趋势,就必须不断完善与健全现行的房地产税制,下大决心控制房价上涨。文中通过对我国房产税实施存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些合理化的解决办法,以起到合理调控房价的作用。Nowadays the price of real estate is highly going up for the investment and speculation on real estate.In order to control and regulate the price of real estate,the real estate＇ taxation policy should be improved.This paper analyzes the present problems of real estate tax＇s implementation,finally the concerned countermeasures are put forward.
