摘  要:为解决普通聚能爆破切割器在爆破切割砖墙、防盗门、车辆箱体等过程中,因聚酯橡胶被覆层燃烧后产生有害气体多、灰尘大、噪声大、爆破作业所需安全半径大等突出问题,将被覆层改造为纤维布水袋。为分析被覆水对爆破切割效果的影响,利用LS-DYNA仿真软件,建立无被覆水和有被覆水聚能爆破切割器的二维有限元模型,对其爆破后金属射流的速度和动能进行对比。仿真结果和靶场实爆试验表明:在装药量相同时,被覆水不仅可有效地降低灰尘、减少有害气体和噪声,而且能有效提高金属射流速度、降低金属罩的动能。In order to reduce dust,noise,and deleterious gas produced by coated lactoprene during shaped charge cutter exploding on walls,the coated water was equipped for the back of shaped charge cutter.The influence of coated water on shaped charge cutter was analyzed by the models of no-coated water and coated water based on the LS-DYNA simulating models.The simulating results and exploring experiments illustrate that the coated water not only reduces dust and deleterious gas,but also increases the head-speed and total energy of the jet.
