摘  要:为了研究制造误差对金属射流威力的影响,从起爆点偏心、药型罩内外表面不同轴度、药型罩轴线与装药轴线不同轴度三个方面,运用LS-DYNA程序对射流成型及侵彻靶板过程进行数值模拟,分析三种误差对射流侵彻深度的影响。研究结果表明:三种误差均可造成药型罩不对称压垮,降低射流侵彻能力。In order to study the effects of technical errors on metallic jet,the process of penetrating target and jet formation has been numerically simulated with LS-DYNA dynamic finite element procedure.Three types of technical defects have been analyzed within the scope of the work as different axes between charge and liner,different axes between inside and outside of liner and off-center initiation of the explosive charge.The results show that: All three types of technical errors will cause the liner collapsed asymmetrically and reduce its penetrating capability.
