我国优秀青年女排高大队员位置特征及其专项身体素质的分析研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数据统计法和逻辑分析法,对我国优秀青年女排高大队员和超高大队员的位置特征和其专项身体素质现状进行分析。结果表明:目前我国青年女排各位置上高大和超高大运动员的选材和人数比例符合现代女排发展的需求,高大和超高大队员各项身体素质有一定的发展潜力,应加强针对性训练,以提高高大队员的成材率。By using the methods of literature review, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this papermade analysis on the position feature and their special physical quality of our excellent young female tall and big volleyball players. It shows： at present our selection and percentage of young big and super big female volleyball players in each position can meet the need of the modern female volleyball development. Each physical quality of big and super big players has some developmental potential. We should strengthen the specific training so as to improve the yield of the big players.
