摘 要:以电沉积法从氟硼酸铅镀液中制备Ti基PbO2阳极(FB/PbO2)及其掺杂氟离子的FB/F-PbO2阳极。应用计时电位法研究了所制备阳极的电沉积成核速率,发现氟硼酸铅镀液在钛基表面电沉积二氧化铅的结晶速度比硝酸铅镀液更快。采用XRD和SEM技术对这两种电极进行了表征,并与传统的硝酸镀液制备的钛基二氧化铅对比,发现电极表面的晶相主要为β-PbO2,氟离子的掺杂影响PbO2的优先生长晶面;并且FB/F-PbO2镀层表面晶粒结合紧密,大小均匀。分别用FB/PbO2和FB/F-PbO2作为阳极,对5 mg/L的甲基橙溶液进行降解,并与硝酸铅镀液制备的Ti基PbO2阳极(N/PbO2)进行比较,结果表明:在相同条件下FB/PbO2的催化活性比N/PbO2高。Ti-substrate PbO2(FB/F-PbO2) and its F-doped PbO2(FB/F-PbO2) anodes were prepared from fluoroborate media and its doped solutions by electrodeposition technique.Electrochemical properties of these PbO2 films were studied by chronopotentiometry methods.It was observed that there was an acceleration of PbO2 crystallization in the presence of fluoroborate ions in comparison with nitrate ions.The anodes were characterized by XRD and SEM.The electrodes prepared from fluoroborate solutions consists of β-PbO2;the preferential orientation of crystals and surface morphology are affected a lot by the doping F-ions;FB/F-PbO2 electrode exhibits the most compact morphology compared to FB/F-PbO2 and N/PbO2.Furthermore,comparing with N/PbO2 prepared from nitrate in the same condition,the electrochemical catalytic of FB/PbO2 and FB/F-PbO2 were also discussed.The results show that FB/PbO2 has higher electrochemical catalytic than N/PbO2.
