摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了SO42-/SnO2-SiO2固体催化剂,通过NH3-TPD测得此催化剂在200~250°C和500~530°C范围内有两个吸收峰,分别归属于弱酸中心和强酸中心,总酸量为1.658 2 mmol/g。以SO42-/SnO2-SiO2固体酸作为催化剂合成月桂酸甲酯,正交实验结果表明:月桂酸与甲醇的物质的量比为1∶10,催化剂SO42-/SnO2-SiO2用量为月桂酸质量的5%,回流反应时间为4h的条件下,酯化率可达80.54%,且催化剂可重复使用。SO42-/SnO2-SiO2 as a solid catalyst had been prepared by sol-gel method.The NH3-TPD profiles show that desorption peaks with maximum in the range 200-250°C and 500-530°C are attributed to NH3 chemisorbed on weak and strong acid sites on the surface of the solid catalyst,respectively.The total amount of acid was 1.6582 mmol·g-1.The catalysts show best catalytic activity in synthesis of methyl laurate.The optimum conditions of the esterification by orthogonal experiments were studied: the molar of methanol to laurate 1:10,mass fraction of the catalyst in Lauric acid 5%,reaction time 4h.The yield of methyllaurate can reach 80.54 %.The catalyst could be reused for many times.
