摘 要:研究了阳离子含氟聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液(PUA)中性施胶剂的制备和应用,重点分析了亲水单体、聚丙烯酸酯、含氟丙烯酸酯对阳离子含氟PUA中性施胶剂应用效果和产品稳定性的影响,并用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氟谱(19F-NMR)对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,当用量为0.8%时,纸张的施胶度大于36.70s;乳液的ζ电位高于43.00 mV,较佳的物料配比是:w(MDEA)16.0%~20.0%,w(FA)5.0%~7.0%,w(PA)10%。The cationic fluorinated polyurethane-acrylate latex neutral sizing was prepared by the copolymerization of 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(FA),butyl acrylate and styrene in polyurethane via phase inversion polymerization.The influences of polymer structure on the application and stability of the latex were especially analyzed and stress work were put on the weight of hydrophilic monomer(MDEA),polyacrylate(PA) and FA.The structure of product was characterized by FTIR and 19F-NMR respectively.The results show that the sizing value is more than 36.70s with the dosage of 0.8% sizing agent.The ζ-potential of the latex is higher than 43.00 mV.The optimum reaction conditions are described as below: w(MDEA)=16.0%~20.0%,w(FA)=5.0%~7.0%,w(PA)=10%.The results of FTIR and 19F-NMR prove that the said preparation method is successful.
