摘　　要：通过探讨记录细胞离子通道中的离子电流来反映细胞膜单一或多个离子通道分子活动的膜片钳技术和工作原理,以及其在中药单一提取成分、中药单味药以及中药复方研究中的应用,为中药在不同应用情况下的药效分析和研究提供依据。This paper discusses the patch clamp technique and working principle of recording ion cur- rent in cell ion channels to reflect single or multiple ion channels molecular activity of the cell mem- brane, and its application in the research of single extracts, single herbs and compound of Chinese medi- cine, which provides the basis for Chinese medicine efficacy analysis and research in different situations.
