摘　　要：大学生就业难几乎是所有实现高等教育大众化及普及化的国家和地区所面临的共同课题,我国高等教育进入大众化之后,大学生就业难的问题就凸显出来。大学生就业难既有量的矛盾,又有结构性的矛盾。形成大学生就业困难的原因主要是大学生的供给、需求和就业体制三个方面。破解大学生就业难题,高校需树立与市场接轨的办学理念和健全大学生就业指导体系,大学生自身需用社会所需的就业技能和理念武装自己,同时需要动员政府和用人单位等多方面的资源,协同努力。It is common for countries whose higher education is popularized to confront the difficult employment of college students. In our country, as the higher education has been popularized, such problem also occurs. There are various causes for such difficulty, due either to the contradiction in quantity or to the contradiction in structure, yet mainly ascribable to such aspects as supply, demand and employment system. To solve the problem, colleges and universities shall gear the education to the needs of the market and perfect the employ- ment guidance system. Besides, the students themselves shall master the necessary know -how and such re- sources as the government and the employers shall also be mobilized to pool the efforts.
