摘 要:对一台清河电厂新建的1 900 t/h超临界压力锅炉热力性能进行预估,对其进行了校核计算,并对增设燃尽风后对炉膛温度场的影响进行了数值计算。经过分析表明,原设计锅炉再热汽温偏高,提出减少低温再热器受热面,同时在预热器前加设低压省煤器,既解决了再热蒸汽超温问题,又能显著提高发电机组经济性。A verification of thermodynamic performance of the new 1 900 t/h supercritical pressure boiler in Qinghe Power Plant, and a numerical calculation have been made on the influences of adding burnout air on the furnace temperature field. The temperature of reheating steam in the original boiler design is a little bit high, which is verified in the subsequent boiler operation commissioning based on the analysis. On this basis, the heated surface of low temperature reheater is suggested to reduce, meanwhile, a low pressure economizer is installed in front of the preheater, which will not only solve the problem of overheating of reheating steam, but also achieve better economic benefits. Now the renovation engineering is being implemented.
