摘 要:针对某发电厂1 025 t/h锅炉高温再热器发生局部超温,进行了不同负荷、不同燃烧器组合和不同配风下的锅炉热力性能试验,测得不同工况下高温再热器壁温分布,分析了超温的原因。通过计算确定了超温管圈缩短的长度,从而使高温再热器最高壁温下降约20 K,解决了高温再热器局部超温问题,提高了机组运行的安全可靠性。Iview of local overheating in the high temperature reheater of 1 025 t/h boiler in a power plant, a thermal performance experiment against the boiler has been carried out at different loads, different combinations of burner and different distribution modes of air. The distribution of wall temperature in the HT reheater has been measured under different operating modes and the cause of overheating has been analyzed. The reduced length of overheated tube was determined based on computer calculation so as to make the wall temperature of HT reheater decrease approximately 20 K and solve the problem of local overheating in the reheater and increase the operational reliability of the power unit.
