摘　　要：型钢生产因轧件断面复杂,多使用滑动导卫装置,滚动导卫使用有较大难度。为提高产品表面质量,安钢Ф400 mm型材机组在∠80 mm-∠100 mm角钢成品入口成功应用滚动导卫装置,成品质量稳定性大为提高,解决了大规格角钢易产生刮痕缺陷的难题,万吨钢检验废由原来的50 t降到20 t,起到了较好的质量改进效果。During the section steel rolling processes, the simple sliding guide was mainly used due to the complex pass. The rolling guide was not easily. In order to improve the surface quality, the complicated rolling guide was successfully used for ∠80 mm-∠100 mm angle steel＇s production in the （I）400 mm section stands,the quality of the finished product was improved greatly. It also resolved the problem of the cupped dent on the surface of large size angle steel. The weight of waste product per 10 thousand ton reduced from 50 ton to 20 ton. quality improvement is reached.
