摘　　要：研究汉语医患会话修正的引导位置问题发现,医生或患者的同话轮自我引导频率大于同话轮转接关联处自我引导频率大于下一话轮他人引导频率。这是由医患会话交际的特征,如任务的复杂性、时间的紧迫性以及交际压力等决定的。对医患会话修正机制的研究结果符合SJS自我引导优先的观点,也证明其理论适合汉语医患会话修正研究。This thesis mainly explores the Correction and Instruction Positions in Chinese doctor - patient conversations. 3 placements have been scaled according to their occurrences： same turn self-initiation, same turn transition place self - initiation and other initiations in the next turn, which is due to the features of doctor - patient communication including complexity of tasks and pressure of time. Our discovery is in accordance with SJS~ self- initiation preference, and also proves that their theory suits Chinese doctor- patient conversations.
