摘　　要：延安时期,中国经历了抗日战争和解放战争。在战争环境中,中国共产党始终坚持把农民问题作为中国革命的基本问题来解决,在各个阶段,一切从实际出发制定了以农民为中心的政治、经济、文化教育政策,为改变边区人民的政治、经济、文化水平,破除陈规陋习,促进农民积极投身革命发挥了巨大的作用。这些政策使中国共产党赢得了边区广大人民群众的热烈拥护,调动了广大人民群众的战争热情,为赢得新民主主义革命的最终胜利打下了坚实的基础。During Yanan period, China experienced the Sino - Japanese War and the liberation war. In the warring environment, the Communist Party of China always considered the farmer problem as the basic problem of Chinese revolution. At all stages, farmer - centered political, economic, cultural and educational policy were established totally considering the reality to improve the political, economic and cultural level of the border farmers, overcome their stereotypes, and promote their enthusiasm to join the revolution. These policies made the Communist Party of China win the border masses warmly support and mobilized the enthusiasm of the masses to the war, and laid a solid foundation for gaining the final victory of democratic war.
