广东省本科院校英语专业人才培养现状探究

摘　　要：通过对广东省普通本科院校英语专业人才培养现状的调查，认为改革开放30多年来广东省高校英语专业取得了巨大成就。为地方经济建设和社会各事业的发展培养了大批优秀英语人才。由于学校办学类型、层次、条件不同，各高校英语专业的人才培养目标和规格必然存在差异。就目前广东普通高校本科英语专业培养体系、存在问题提出一些分析和建议，期望对全省英语专业发展有一定的启示。Based on the survey on the English subject of universities and colleges in Guangdong Provience, this paper holds that great achievements have been made in the past 30 years of reform and opening-up in China and has cultivated large quantities of outstanding English talents for the development of local economy and social development. Due to the difference of school type, level and condition, the teaching objectives and talent cultivating specification should be different. This paper also put forward some proposals concerning the development of English subject at different types of universities and colleges of Guangdong Province.
