摘　　要：从实际需求出发,提出了一种基于WEB的试题库管理系统模型,并设计了系统的数据库和功能结构.系统充分利用基于WEB的数据库管理技术,将命题、组卷、审查试题、生成试题库和试题保存等工作分解到教务处、教学单位(或教研室)和教师三个层次,实现人工组卷和自动组卷等功能.该试题库管理系统具有较好的实用性和通用性.The database design, function design and implementation method of the Testing Database Management System on Web model is proposed. This System can decompose different works including proposition, generating test papers, censoring and saving questions, generation of question bank et cetera to three parts of working body that is office of academic affairs, teaching units and teachers. Various kinds of functions about generating test papers can be realized. The system has good popularization and using value.
