摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育对农村高血压患者不良生活方式的影响。方法:通过基线调查确定患者的生活方式,制订具体的健康教育方案,通过多种方式实施健康教育,随访并记录患者接受健康教育6个月、12个月后生活方式改变情况及血压和体重变化。结果:与健康教育前及健康教育6个月后比较,患者接受健康教育12个月后生活方式明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),血压和体重均有所下降(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育对农村高血压患者改变不良生活方式有重要的促进作用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of health education on the change of the hypertensive patients in rural areas. Methods： The baseline survey was conducted to determine the patientg lifestyle and specific health education programs were de- veloped, and then the health education was carried out through a variety of ways. The patients were followed up and the changes of their lifestyle, blood pressure and weight were recorded after they received health education for 6 and 12 months. Results： The patientg lifestyle was obviously changed after they received health education for 12 months compared with that before health edu- cation and after receiving health education for 6 months （P 〈0. 01 ,P 〈0.05） , blood pressure and weight somewhat came clown （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Health education is very important to promote the change of unhealthy lifestyle of the hypertensive pa- tients to in rural areas.
