血清β_2—微球蛋白测定对流行性出血热患者肾功能评估的价值

摘　　要：对29例 EHF 患者同时测定了血清β_2—MG、BUN、Cr、AlT 及 AST,并作了对比分析。其中26例(89.7%)血清β_2—MG 升高,25例(86%)ALT 和(或)AST 升高。14例 BUN 及 Cr 均正常者中,12例血清β_2—MG 升高,提示血清β_2—MG 对EHF 患者肾功能评价较 BUN 及 Cr 灵敏。但17例 ALT 和(或)AST>100u 者平均血清β_2—MG 为6.52±2.32μg/ml((?)±SD),而12例 ALT 和(或)AST<100者平均血清β_2—MG 为4.64±1.85μg/ml(P<0.05)。血清β_2—MG 与 ALT 及 AST 均呈良好的正相关,相关系数分别为0.524(P<0.01)及0.414(P<0.05),提示血清β_2—MG作为评价 EHF 患者肾功能的指标特异性较差。Using radio-immunoassay(RIA),the β_2-microglobulin(sβ_2-MG)was measured in 29 patients with epidemic hemorrhaic fever,and blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(Cr),serum alanine transaminase(ALT)and serum aspartic transa- minase(ALT)were measured at the same time.The comparative analysis was also completed in these measured results.Of 29 patients,there were 26 patients with elevated serum β_2-MG levels,25 patients with elevated ALT and/or AST levels.12 of 14 patients with normal BUN and Cr levels,the serum β_2-MG levels were ele- vated.The results indicate that serum β_2-MG is more sensitive for evaluation of the patient with renal function than BUN and Cr.However,the mean serum β_2-MG va- lue of patient with higher ALT and AST levels(>100u)is 6.52±2.32ug/ml(M± SD),but that of patient with lower ALT and AST leves(<100u)is 4.64±1.85ug/ml) (M±SD).There is a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.It suggests that serumβ_2-MG might be a non-specific indicator for evaluation of renal function of patient with EHF.
