数字化对科技期刊编辑素养的要求

摘　　要：随着计算机及其网络的广泛应用,科技期刊编辑人员的职责也随之发生着变化,如何适应数字化带来的变化,直接关系到科技期刊的编辑质量。编辑手段不仅仅是在纸质稿件上编辑加工,还需要利用电脑和网络与审稿人和作者进行沟通,这些都是数字化带来的改变。编辑人员不仅要具有深厚的文字功底、广博的专业知识、敏锐捕捉前沿信息、丰富的人脉资源,还要善于把握优势与弱点、经典与创新、内容与形式等辩证关系,对电脑、网络、电子文档的处理等工具熟练使用,提高相应的操作技能。With wide application of the computer and network,the duty of editors of scientific and technological periodicals is changing too.How to adapt to the digitalized change is directly related to the editing quality of scientific and technological periodicals.Editing is not only to edit and compile paper-based manuscripts,but to communicate with manuscript-reviewers and authors by using computer and network.All these changes are brought by digitalization.Editors must adapt to this change and have excellent wording ability,abundant specialty knowledge,sense for front-edge information,and rich human resources.The dialectic relations of the advantage and weakness,classic and innovation,and content and form should be adeptly grasped,and the means of the computer,network and e-document processing should be used skillfully in order to be a qualified editor with the relevant operating technique.
