摘　　要：目的:探讨异病类证与异病类治的诊疗思维方式的重要性。方法:基于概述病证结合模式下异病同证同治的概念和特点,提出异病类证与异病类治诊疗思维方式并进行讨论。结果:阐释了异病类证类治与方证相应、同病类证类治的关系。结论:探讨异病类证与异病类治的诊疗思维方式为中医辨证治疗提供理论依据。Objective：To investigate to different diseases and different disease treatment of medical thinking mode.Methods：Based on an overview of the combination of disease and syndrome patterns under the same syndrome in different diseases treatment concept and characteristic,put forward different disease syndrome and metachronous disease cure diagnosis way of thinking and discussion.Results：The interpretation of the different disease syndrome treated with formula corresponding disease syndromes,class relationship governance.Conclusion：In order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine
