丹苘软胶囊对NAFLD模型大鼠肝脏ABCA1蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察丹苘软胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)模型大鼠肝脏ABCA1蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料建立SD大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,并用丹苘软胶囊进行干预治疗28 d,观察该药对大鼠血脂、肝脏脂肪含量的影响,并用Western-blot及免疫组化法观察药物对大鼠肝脏ABCA1蛋白表达的影响。结果:空白组、中药各剂量组及西药组肝脏甘油三酯(TG)、TC含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05),而ABCA1蛋白表达水平均明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:对肝脏组AB-CA1蛋白表达的上调,可能是丹苘软胶囊改善NAFLD的重要机制。Objective：To observe the effects of Danqing Soft Capsule（DSC） on Expression of ABCA1 protein in Rats’ Liver with non-alcoholic fatty liver（NAFLD）.Methods：SD rats non-alcoholic fatty liver disease model were established with high fat diet.To intervene with the DSC treatment for 4 weeks.Levels of TG and TC in liver were observed.And the level of ABCA1 protein was tested by Western-blot method and immunohistochemical staining.Results：Levels of TG and TC in liver of control group,TCM groups and western medicine group were significantly lower than those of model group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;While the expression of ABCA1 protein in liver of the control group,TCM groups and western medicine group was significantly higher than those of model group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：DSC can increase the expressions of ABCA1 protein of liver in rats with NAFLD.And it may be an important mechanism of DSC to improve the NAFLD.
